I love how quickly these Asian Turkey & Quinoa Meatballs come together. You just throw a bunch of stuff in a bowl, give it a mix, roll it into balls, and pop em in the oven. Then, since you have to wait at least 10 minutes while they bake to yummy perfection, just whisk up some amazingly delicious Asian saucy-stuff to dip, slather, or drizzle on those meatballs. Ahhhhh so good. And easy! Win win win win win
